Service and purpose
RerunLab repeatedly requests configured HTTPS JSON sources and creates events from observed changes or conditions. You must have permission to query each source at your configured frequency. It does not bypass rate limits, provide real-time observations, or guarantee every intermediate change is detected.
Data handling
We store account email, workspace settings, encrypted source credentials and URLs, selected values required for comparison, event payloads and operational metadata. We do not keep a permanent full-response archive. Source payloads are not used in public demos.
Retention and deletion
New event and check history expires after 3, 7 or 30 days according to the plan. Active watch baselines remain until removed or no longer needed. Usage aggregates are retained for 13 months and security audit metadata for 90 days. Workspace deletion stops polling and access immediately; active-store deletion is scheduled within seven days. Backup expiration and restore handling are described in the retention documentation.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the web app, Neon stores PostgreSQL data, Resend handles transactional email, and ImprovMX forwards support email. Fly.io is the planned continuous-worker host; worker provisioning remains a private-beta launch requirement. Stripe checkout remains unavailable until configured.
Billing and availability
Private beta access does not authorize charges. When paid subscriptions are enabled, price, applicable taxes and plan limits are shown before checkout. There are no automatic overages. Polling and webhook delivery can be delayed or fail; event inbox retention is finite.
